Welcome to the Women’s Triathlon!
Registration for Individuals
Every woman can register as an individual to participate in one of the following distances: Olympic, sprint or short sprint, or girls (for those ages 8-13). One may also register as part of a 2 or 3 woman relay team, with each woman doing one, or two segments: swim, bike or run.
Age group classification is based on the year of birth, not the actual birthdate.

Race start area: Herzog Promenade, Nachim Beach, Herzliya 5:00am, first race start at 6:30.
