Welcome to the Women’s Triathlon!
Registration for Relays
Every woman can register as an individual to participate in one of the following distances: sprint or short sprint, or girls (for those ages 8-13). One may also register as part of a 2 or 3 woman relay team, with each woman doing one, or two segments: swim, bike or run.
Age group classification is based on the year of birth, not the actual birthdate.

Race start area: Herzog Promenade, Nachim Beach, Herzliya 5:00am, first race start at 6:30.

Attention: A relay team of two women has a special registration procedure. The two women fill in the 3 forms, listing one woman twice, listing payment for three. At the end, you choose “registration by phone,” and then send an e-mail to regi@shvoong.co.il with the registration number and a note, so that you will only be charged for 2 women, not 3.
