כל אשה יכולה להירשם באופן אישי להשתתפות במקצה אולימפי ספרינט, בתחרות העממית או להשתתף כחלק משלושה באחד הענפים :שחיה ,רכיבה על אופניים או ריצה.

סיווג קטגוריות גיל מתבסס על שנת הלידה ולא תאריך הלידה.

Welcome to the Women’s Triathlon!

This triathlon exclusively for women, takes place once a year in Herzliya. It combines sports with an enthusiastic, supportive atmosphere, which draws women from all over Israel, and abroad. This special race empowers women to dare to reach new goals, and to express themselves through sport. Our motto is: Every Woman a Winner! There are 4 main categories: Olympic triathlon, Sprint Triathlon, Popular and girls. There are relays of 2 and 3 participents in each categories.
